Head of Business IT & AI Integration (f/m/d)

• Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Business IT department, including the teams AI Integration Management, Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and Online Business
• Strategic development of the Business IT landscape with a focus on digitalization and AI integration
• Responsibility for the operation, quality, and continuous development of the Business IT services under your responsibility
• Prioritization and management of projects, requirements, resources, and external partners
• Development and implementation of a future-oriented roadmap for AI-supported business solutions
• Close collaboration with internal departments and international stakeholders to successfully implement digital initiatives

• Completed education in IT, business informatics, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in a leadership role in Business IT, enterprise applications, or digitalization
• Sound knowledge of business applications, system integration, and application lifecycle management
• Experience with OpenText, PTC, Atlassian, TYPO3, Magento, Databricks, and similar tools is an advantage
• Experience in using artificial intelligence to optimize business processes
• Understanding of modern IT architectures as well as security and data protection requirements
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Structured, solution-oriented working style and entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent German and English skills

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 5.500 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
