Anton Paar ShapeTec is an established contract manufacturer specializing in the fields of medical technology, aerospace, and railway engineering.
To strengthen our team in the precision machining of highly accurate and complex components, we are looking for a dedicated specialist with solid expertise in machining technology, a high level of personal responsibility, and a strong understanding of precision and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Independent external and cylindrical grinding of mechanical components on CNC grinding machines
- Independent quality control of manufactured parts
- Creation and adjustment of CNC programs
- Setup and maintenance of machines
Your profile:
- Completed training in machining-related professions (e.g., machining technician, mechanical engineering technician, toolmaker) and/or several years of professional experience on CNC grinding machines
- Programming skills for CNC grinding machines
- Confident and experienced in reading and interpreting technical drawings and documentation
- Careful, precise, and independent working style
- Sense of responsibility and reliability
- Strong quality awareness
- Team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work shifts

This position is subject to the collective agreement for employees in the metal industry. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications; for this position, it typically starts at €2,949 gross per month (excluding overtime).
