Field Service Engineer (f/m/x) - South of Vietnam

Anton Paar Vietnam is part of the Anton Paar Group, starting in January 2024 as a part of our long-term commitment to the Southeast Asian market. As we plan to further expand the operation onforward, we are currently seeking a proactive and service-oriented Field Service Engineer to join our growing team.
The Field Service Engineer provides on-site and in-house service including preventative maintenance, calibration, installation, and training across all product lines.
Responsibilities:
As a Field Service Engineer, you will become a trusted technical partner to our customers by:
Installing and commissioning Anton Paar instruments
Performing preventive maintenance, calibration and repair services
Troubleshooting technical issues remotely and on-site
Delivering customer training and technical support
Promoting lifecycle service solutions, including maintenance contracts
Collaborating with Sales and Application teams to ensure customer success
Maintaining accurate service documentation in CRM
This role requires travel across Vietnam (up to 75%).
Your profile:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related Engineering disciplines
3–5 years of experience in Field Service Engineer, Technical Support, or Analytical Instrumentation is preferred
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer communication and interpersonal skills
Good English communication skills
Willingness to travel extensively across Vietnam
Valid passport for international training
