Responsibilities:

  • Planning and managing technical production requirements in the areas of cable production and adhesive technology
  • Responsibility for related documents and processes, including master data maintenance and change management
  • Creating cable drawings based on internal company standards
  • Assessing technical and economic feasibility in close coordination with production departments and procurement
  • Preparing preliminary and final cost calculations, deviation analyses, and associated corrective measures
  • Developing and implementing cost- and production-optimized measures (leveraging automation potential)
  • Handling inquiries and preparing competitive quotation bases

Your profile:

  • Completed technical education (HTL/FH) with a focus on electronics, mechatronics, or production engineering
  • Ideally, professional experience in a comparable position
  • CAD experience (preferably Creo)
  • SAP user knowledge (production planning and material management)
  • Excellent German and English skills
  • Strong spatial visualization skills and analytical thinking
  • Responsible and independent work approach
  • Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for teamwork

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 3.200 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring. That’s why we take the time to determine your actual gross salary individually and are happy to offer a higher pay in recognition of your qualifications.
