Sales and Marketing Administrator

Anton Paar Philippines Inc., a subsidiary of the Anton Paar Group, develops, produces, and distributes highly precise laboratory instruments and process measuring systems. Our solutions set standards in density, rheology, CO₂ measurement, and material characterization.
To strengthen our local team, we are seeking a Sales & Marketing Administrator who will play a key role in supporting our commercial operations and ensuring seamless coordination between sales, service, and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations, tenders, and sales orders using SAP (SD module)
- Maintain and update customer master data, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM/SAP systems
- Track sales pipeline, order status, and delivery timelines; coordinate closely with logistics and regional HQ
- Support execution of marketing activities such as seminars, technical workshops, exhibitions, and digital campaigns
- Coordinate schedules for product demonstrations, customer visits, and service activities
- Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and KPI tracking for management and regional reporting
- Manage marketing materials, brochures, and local inventory of promotional items
- Act as a liaison between customers, sales engineers, and service engineers to ensure timely follow-ups
- Contribute to improving customer experience and internal process efficiency
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2–4 years experience in sales coordination, marketing support, or commercial administration
- Experience working with SAP (preferably SD module) or similar ERP systems
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (reporting, tracking, data organization)
- Excellent communication skills in English; able to coordinate with regional teams
- Experience supporting technical sales teams or B2B environment is an advantage
