Sales and Marketing Administrator

• Prepare quotations, tenders, and sales orders using SAP (SD module)
• Maintain and update customer master data, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM/SAP systems
• Track sales pipeline, order status, and delivery timelines; coordinate closely with logistics and regional HQ
• Support execution of marketing activities such as seminars, technical workshops, exhibitions, and digital campaigns
• Coordinate schedules for product demonstrations, customer visits, and service activities
• Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and KPI tracking for management and regional reporting
• Manage marketing materials, brochures, and local inventory of promotional items
• Act as a liaison between customers, sales engineers, and service engineers to ensure timely follow-ups
• Contribute to improving customer experience and internal process efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 2–4 years experience in sales coordination, marketing support, or commercial administration
• Experience working with SAP (preferably SD module) or similar ERP systems
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (reporting, tracking, data organization)
• Excellent communication skills in English; able to coordinate with regional teams
• Experience supporting technical sales teams or B2B environment is an advantage
