We are looking for a motivated and technically strong professional to join our team as Application Specialist Characterization in Ho Chi Minh City (District 7).
Responsibilities:
Prepare and support customer demos, sample testing, and basic application trials in the demo lab or at customer sites.
Support key product groups such as Multiwave instruments, Rheometers, Particle Size Analysis instruments, FTIR instruments, Thermal Analysis instruments, and other selected instruments
Explain measurement methods, test results, and basic application recommendations to customers in a clear and practical way.
Prepare demo reports, sample testing reports, and application summaries
Install, check, and hand over selected instruments
Train customers on basic instrument operation, sample preparation, software use, routine care, and basic troubleshooting.
Maintain the demo lab, instruments, accessories, consumables, and samples in ready and safe condition.
Work closely with the Sales team to support customer opportunities and improve demo-to-order conversion.
Support customer seminars, workshops, exhibitions, and technical follow-up activities.
Keep relevant customer and application activities updated in CRM systems.
Your profile:
University degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Physics, Engineering, or a related technical field.
2 years experience with laboratory, analytical, testing, or laboratory instruments is preferred.
Comfortable working with instruments, samples, chemicals, and laboratory procedures.
Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
Ability to explain technical topics in a simple and practical way.
Willingness to travel frequently within Vietnam and Cambodia.
Careful, responsible, proactive, and willingness to learn new products step by step.
