As a 2nd-Level Support Representative, you ensure that our global teams are supported quickly and effectively, enabling smooth operations to resume. This varied and challenging role offers regular success stories, allows you to engage with different cultures, and helps you refine your technical English skills.
Responsibilities:
- Competently handle technical and application-related inquiries via email, CRM and chat
- Collaborate closely with our global sales and service network
- Plan, conduct, and follow up on training sessions and workshops for service technicians
- Create and review service documentation with care and precision
- Perform repairs at our facility and occasionally on-site with customers
Your profile:
- Completed technical or scientific education (e.g. HTL)
- Customer- and service-oriented mindset, ideally with experience in customer service
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Team spirit and a collaborative, constructive approach
- A sense of responsibility and assertiveness
- Manual dexterity and technical understanding
- Strong English skills (spoken and written)
- Flexibility and willingness to travel (up to 5%)

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 3.000 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring. That’s why we take the time to determine your actual gross salary individually and are happy to offer a higher pay in recognition of your qualifications.
