Business Process Manager – Sales & Lead Management (f/m/x)

As a Business Process Manager – Sales & Lead Management  (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the continuous optimization and adaptation of lead and sales processes.

You will ensure these processes are utilized efficiently and enable maximum success in the sales domain. Your tasks include close collaboration with specialist departments and IT to develop tailored solutions for process optimization.

Responsibilities:

  • Continuous development, documentation, and optimization of sales processes to enhance efficiency and competitiveness
  • Aligning processes and process changes with relevant departments
  • Collaborating with key users in global sales branches and the internal IT department
  • Advancing and adapting process monitoring and conducting regular process audits
  • Participating in various projects, including the implementation of a new global CRM tool

Requirements:

  • Completed higher education in business administration, international management, marketing, or a related field, and/or extensive professional experience
  • Experience in process management
  • Solid user knowledge of at least one common CRM tool such as Salesforce, SAP, or MS Dynamics (knowledge of SAP SD is an advantage)
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
  • Assertiveness and perseverance
  • Experience in intercultural communication is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 5.500 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
