AI Developer – Requirements & Service Integration (f/m/x)

• Development of AI agents and agentic workflows to support requirements engineering, specification and software integration
• Design and implementation of AI-based services for the analysis of documentation, corporate data and existing IT systems
• Development of production-oriented AI solutions and implementation of modern agentic AI technologies, such as tool calling, MCP, retrieval and workflow orchestration
• Contribution to proof of concepts and MVPs as well as analysis, documentation and continuous optimization of AI services and integrations
• Collaboration with business departments to identify and implement AI use cases

• Completed education in computer science, software engineering or a related field
• Several years of experience in software development, ideally with Python or TypeScript
• Practical experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI as well as their integration via APIs
• Knowledge of developing agentic AI systems, including tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), workflow orchestration and multi-step processes
• Experience with common agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, OpenAI Agents SDK, CrewAI or comparable technologies
• Confident use of cloud platforms, container technologies such as Docker, and CI/CD processes
• Understanding of AI evaluation, quality assurance, security and data protection in the productive use of AI solutions
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 3.800 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
