Administrator (m/f/x)

As Administrator, you represent support to the Administration and are responsible for ensuring a smooth sales and service administration processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls & attending to incoming deliveries and visitors, efficient email/phone correspondence with customers

  • Perform day to day administrative duties in CRM and ERP systems (SAP)

  • Creating sales quotations

  • Handling of the Sales Contracts and Sales Orders in CRM, including the entire process from creating the quotations to invoicing the contracts and orders in the SAP ERP

  • Supporting Service and Sales people in all the processes

  • Handling leads, website registration and webshop

  • Supporting Sales and Service team in the tender process

  • Ensuring office stationary & pantry supplies are sufficient

  • Conducting other administrative tasks related to office management

  • Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Administrative / business education and know-how

  • Preferably experience with SAP/CRM

  • Strong quantitative and analytical abilities as well as excellent PC skills

  • Very good command of English (oral and written)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to think in processes, to work independently and responsibly within a small team

  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction

  • Willingness to learn
