Administrator (m/f/x)

As Administrator, you represent support to the Administration and are responsible for ensuring a smooth sales and service administration processes.
Responsibilities:

Answering phone calls & attending to incoming deliveries and visitors, efficient email/phone correspondence with customers

Perform day to day administrative duties in CRM and ERP systems (SAP)

Creating sales quotations
-
Handling of the Sales Contracts and Sales Orders in CRM, including the entire process from creating the quotations to invoicing the contracts and orders in the SAP ERP
-
Supporting Service and Sales people in all the processes

Handling leads, website registration and webshop
-
Supporting Sales and Service team in the tender process
-
Ensuring office stationary & pantry supplies are sufficient

Conducting other administrative tasks related to office management

Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements:
-
Administrative / business education and know-how
-
Preferably experience with SAP/CRM
-
Strong quantitative and analytical abilities as well as excellent PC skills
-
Very good command of English (oral and written)
-
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-
Ability to think in processes, to work independently and responsibly within a small team

Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
