Global Player Award for Anton Paar

We are pleased to announce that Anton Paar was awarded the prestigious Global Player Award at this year's Export Prize Gala of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber (WKÖ) on June 17 at the Hofburg in Vienna. This award is presented annually to Austrian flagship companies that occupy an outstanding position on the global market and make a significant contribution to internationalization.
The Global Player Award is the only special prize awarded this year. Austrian embassies around the world were asked to nominate companies that they felt deserved this award. The selection criteria include:
Market pioneer: The company should play a pioneering role in its market segment.
Role model: It should serve as a driving force and role model for other companies.
Sustainability: The company must exemplify sustainable business practices.
Factors such as export ratio, number of international branches, social commitment and sustainable entrepreneurship were also included in the assessment. Anton Paar fulfilled all these criteria excellently, which is why we were able to accept this important award at the Hofburg in Vienna.
