With two separate servo drives, the pellet length always remains constant, even when the intake speed is irregular. What’s more, the Granulator works quietly and offers you flexible settings options. You can adjust control of the cutting and product strand speeds, and therefore vary the pellet length steplessly from 0.1 to 20 mm.

After granulation, the plastic pellets are caught in a drawer or sack and can then simply be removed. Optional extras for this are an interchangeable drawer or secure mounting option for sacks of various sizes.
