Dual-Wavelength In-Situ Raman Spectrometer:
Cora 5001 Fiber
- Real-time insights for optimizing product quality
- Accelerates reaction optimization with real-time data
- Measurement inside liquids or slurries
- Custom probes for specific environmental conditions
The Cora 5001 Fiber is an in-situ Raman spectrometer for the identification of substances within seconds based on their chemical fingerprint. It also enables efficient reaction monitoring, providing real-time insights into chemical processes. Choose the fiber model for flexible analysis outside the instrument. The guided analysis procedure ensures that the Cora 5001 is operable with minimal training. The small footprint and battery option make this fiber-based Raman instrument a versatile tool for analytical tasks in the lab or warehouse, or at-line.
Key features
One in-situ Raman spectrometer, many samples
The dual wavelength models are specifically designed to cover a diverse range of samples and handle fluorescence challenges effectively. With two distinct excitation wavelengths integrated into one instrument, each wavelength is managed by its own independent optical spectrometer system. Easily switch between wavelengths with just a click, without the need for realignment or recalibration, allowing for seamless analysis across inorganic materials, fluorescent compounds, oxides, organic samples, and carbon-based nanomaterials.

Pharma compliance – with the Anton Paar Spectroscopy Suite
The Anton Paar Spectroscopy Suite simplifies Raman analysis in regulated environments. It offers guided workflows for operators during routine analyses, while lab managers benefit from support in method setup and reference database management. The system ensures full traceability with robust signing and versioning features. Audit trail comments and advanced search capabilities greatly assist during audits. All data is securely stored in an SQL database, ensuring long-term retention and integrity.

Process automation - Application Programming Interface (API)
Cora 5001 can be incorporated into automated process control environments by using the Application Programming Interface (API), enabling real-time data acquisition, analysis, and process optimization. This integration allows for streamlined workflows, reduces manual intervention, and provides a more efficient approach to managing complex chemical processes. The API ensures that data from multiple sources, including Raman spectroscopy, can be processed alongside other parameters providing comprehensive control over production environments and accelerating decision-making.

9 fiber probes extend the range of your applications
Measure your liquids, slurries or powders in direct contact or through a glass window of your reactor. Monitor reactions within your rheometer or laboratory microwave. The highly resistant Anton Paar fiber probes extend the range of use of the Cora 5001 Raman spectrometer. These probes are designed to adapt to harsh conditions, such as high temperatures, pressures, and chemical environments.
