Two New Apprenticeships Starting in 2026

Starting in fall 2026, Anton Paar GmbH will offer two additional apprenticeship programs: Office Administrator and Cleaning Technology (dual apprenticeship), as well as Metal Technician with a focus on Welding Technology. This brings the total number of apprenticeship professions within the Anton Paar Group to 13—an important step in the targeted development of skilled professionals.
Focus on Joining Technology
Metal Technology – Machining has a long-standing tradition at Anton Paar. Beginning in fall 2026, a new training path will expand the mechanical manufacturing program: Metal Technicians specializing in Welding Technology work with a wide range of metals and permanently join them—either manually or using machines. The training includes surface preparation, the application of various welding techniques, and quality control of finished joints. In addition, apprentices gain knowledge in technical drawing, corrosion protection, and safety standards.
Office Meets Cleaning Technology
The combined apprenticeship program for Office Administrator and Cleaning Technology provides both commercial and hands-on technical expertise. In the office, apprentices learn how to prepare quotations, schedule employee assignments, and communicate with customers. At the same time, they acquire technical know-how in modern cleaning methods, surface treatment, and sustainability concepts. This dual apprenticeship fosters organizational talent as well as practical implementation skills—a versatile combination with strong future prospects.
