Xsample 5200 sets new standards in automation speed and reliability. Optimized workflows and intelligent sample handling make it up to 35 % faster than comparable systems – boosting throughput while ensuring precise, repeatable results for laboratories handling a large number of samples.

Complete automation: Filling, rinsing, and drying

The system supports up to three rinse solvents – or two solvents plus air injection – ensuring thorough cleaning of all wetted parts. Air injection enhances cleaning performance while reducing solvent consumption, and integrated drying automatically completes the process, minimizing sample or solvent carryover. Every measurement starts with a clean, dry system – ready for the next sample in no time.

Intelligent sample handling and simplified operation

With integrated 1D/2D barcode reading and vial rotation, Xsample 5200 guarantees accurate identification, even if vials are placed off-center. This supports traceable, fully automated workflows for any lab setup. New magazine visualization enables fast, intuitive handling when adding samples, while guided workflows and clear process control deliver reliable, operator-independent operation every time.
