The Brabender measuring extruder is connected via a spiral tooth gear clutch to the Brabender drive unit. The product is molten and homogenized within the heated extruder barrel and transported by the screw to the die head on the discharge side. During this process, various parameters can be measured and recorded for subsequent evaluation.
