The Alcohol Measurement System determines alcohol content in beer, wine, spirit, or sake – without interference from other sample ingredients. Using a unique selective NIR absorption method, it measures alcohol content directly, without the need for sample-specific calibration models. Since distillation is not required, results are available 10 times faster than with traditional methods.
