As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you are a key member of the Marketing Team who produces content for the digital market place in collaboration with the business unit teams. This position is located at our US Headquarters in Ashland, VA. The base salary range for this position is $63,800 year to $72,100/year. We offer full benefits, a profit-sharing contribution to your 401k and a $10,000 anniversary bonus every five years. Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies in collaboration with business unit marketing managers
- Plan, execute and measure the impact of digital advertising campaigns
- Monitor social media channels, and foster community growth and engagement
- Use performance data to present campaign and activity results, as well as to propose future strategies
Your profile:
- Superior problem-solving and communication skills
- 3-5 years experience leading and executing digital marketing campaigns
- Strong presentation skills
- Knowledge of scientific methods and related applications a plus
