Key features

Analyze your entire portfolio of soft drinks and ready-to-drink beverages

Monitor your entire production process – from (diet) syrups to soft drinks – to safeguard product quality and eliminate out-of-spec production. Configured with DMA 5002, the system offers 0.01 °Brix (concentration sugar) repeatability, with    DMA 6002 delivering <0.01 °Brix repeatability. For sucrose-based soft drinks, DMA 6002 Sound Velocity enables precise sugar inversion analysis of 0.02 °Brix (fresh/inverted). The need for time-consuming reference analysis for diet products is kept to a minimum, ensuring confidence in every batch.

Optimize your measurement processes with automation

Configure the Soft Drink Measurement System for automated analysis of (diet) syrups and degassed final beverages with a range of automatic sample changers for: single filling (Xsample 320); filling and cleaning (Xsample 330); and consecutive filling and cleaning of up to 24 samples at a time (Xsample 520).

Results six times faster than with conventional methods

Determine % diet concentration, °Brix, and pH value at the same time – while reducing diet reference analysis time by 75 %. Thanks to Anton Paar’s patented Pulsed Excitation Method, you can obtain reproducible results with a minimum of reference measurements. Automated viscosity correction enables highly accurate results across all sample types, including viscous syrups, and a 360° status light enables you to monitor progress at a glance – even from a distance.

Make QC easier with intuitive software

The Soft Drink Measurement Systems’ software-guided measurement and adjustment procedures make it easy to manage quality control of diet products; no special training is required. Delivering seamless integration with AP Connect, the systems include a variety of pre-configured output quantities and feature Davis 5 software for automating inline sensor adjustments – reducing the need for manual operator interaction.

Be confident in your results

Equipped with a range of new technologies, the systems enable quick detection of even the smallest deviations in your continuous production. FillingCheck instantly identifies gas bubbles or particles, issuing warnings when necessary. U-View camera provides live monitoring of the filled U-tube – ensuring real-time detection of discrepancies and preventing distortion from filling errors. ThermoBalance automatically compensates for any changes in measurement temperature to deliver accurate results, and an optional barcode reader identifies each sample by name, making every measurement traceable for your documentation.
