Reliable control of hydrochloric acid concentration is essential in chemical, pharmaceutical, or metal processing industries. Using an Anton Paar DMA benchtop density meter, HCl (0–32 % w/w) was determined quickly and reagent-free, with deviations below 0.05 % (w/w), enabling reliable quality and process control.

Reliable knowledge of HCl concentration is therefore crucial for ensuring product quality and effective process control.
