Density measurement of chocolate samples
Chocolate samples are typically solid or highly viscous at room temperature. To facilitate easy filling and accurate density measurement, samples must be melted into a homogeneous liquid. A heating attachment connected to the density meter warms the filling adapters, preventing the samples from cooling down and enabling smooth injection at higher temperatures.
Using a benchtop density meter equipped with a heating attachment is a proper solution for measuring chocolate-based products that are solid at room temperature or highly viscous and pasty. The heating attachment prevents sample clogging in the outlet adapters and sample residue build-up.
