SAXSanalysis Pro enables fully automated data processing with minimum user effort, including absolute unit conversion, background subtraction, and data reduction. 
By embedding metadata directly into the experiment setup in SAXSdrive, the need for external lab book records during data evaluation is eliminated, as metadata for the measurement as well as the instrument are intrinsically tied to the sample. This ensures comprehensive documentation and facilitates streamlined analysis, minimizing reliance on external records and guaranteeing the reproducibility of results.

Derive meaningful results with one click

The SAXS software automatically transfers all relevant metadata from the experiment setup to ensure consistency and traceability throughout the analysis process. An intuitive user interface makes it easy to generate meaningful results, even from complex datasets. Key parameters such as particle size, specific surface area, or particle concentrations, can be obtained in just one or a few clicks. Parameters across multiple datasets can also be batch-edited, significantly improving user efficiency.

Scattering data in absolute numbers without reference

To facilitate data evaluation tasks, the SAXS software automatically converts measurement data to absolute units without the need for additional measurement of a standard reference sample.
