Workplace Health Promotion Coordinator (“Anton Paar in Motion”) (f/m/x)

• Organization, coordination and further development of the Anton Paar in Bewegung programs
• Administrative management of the programs (planning, coordination, documentation, communication)
• Point of contact for employees, external partners and internal interfaces
• Organization, implementation and follow-up of health initiatives and events (e.g. vaccination campaigns, action days, internal events)
• Depending on education and qualifications, independent delivery of health and physical activity courses
• Implementation of preventive health measures in cooperation with the company physician
• Support for team activities and communication initiatives related to health and physical activity
• Organization of our Anton Paar 4 Kids weeks

• Completed education (degree) in health management, sports science, adult education or psychology
• Additional qualifications in training or course instruction are an advantage
• Initial professional experience in a comparable position is an advantage
• Experience in planning and organizing events is an advantage
• Very strong organizational and administrative skills
• Enjoyment of interacting with people and an open, approachable manner
• Hands-on mentality
• Independent, structured and reliable working style

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 3.000 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
