Responsibilities:
• Sales: As a passionate salesperson, you will acquire new customers and support them in the process of purchasing FTIR and Raman spectrometers. You will cover the entire sales portfolio, from initial contact and quotation preparation to contract negotiations. You will plan your routes and appointments independently, efficiently, and with a focus on achieving your goals.
• Strategy development: Drawing on your knowledge of the various sales channels, you will develop sales measures and campaigns and implement them successfully. Your responsibilities will also include representing our products at trade fairs and conferences.
• Consulting and training: You will be in regular contact with our existing customers and maintain long-term business relationships. The focus of your work will be on providing application-related advice. Your goal will be to develop customer-specific solutions and impart product knowledge in the field of FTIR and Raman spectroscopy to your customer base.
Your profile:
• Education & knowledge: Degree in materials science, chemistry, physics, chemical engineering, or similar. You are particularly interested in spectroscopic measurement methods.
• Versatile: You have very good German and good English skills. You have strong organizational and communication skills, a confident manner, and are eloquent. Whether by phone, email, or in person, you always find the right way to successfully approach prospects and customers. An entrepreneurial mindset and an independent and committed work style round out your profile.
• Willingness to travel: You have a Class 3 or B driver's license and look forward to seeking out and maintaining contact with prospects and customers within the Western sales region.
