Responsibilities:

  • Create and update technical documentation and reports in German and English
  • Prepare text layouts and edit related illustrations for publication-ready release
  • Review content for style, structure, spelling, grammar, and compliance with standardized terminology
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Product Management, R&D, and the translation office
  • Independently gather all relevant information
  • Participate in project meetings
  • Maintain and manage server directories and databases
  • Manage and update web content
  • Contribute to the annual update of brochures
  • Create training materials

Your profile:

  • Completed technical or scientific education (FH/TU)
  • Professional experience or specialized training in technical writing
  • Strong technical understanding and enthusiasm for writing technical content
  • Proficient in using text and graphic software (e.g. Schema ST4)
  • Independent, structured, and reliable working style
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team player with enthusiasm for working with colleagues
  • Excellent written communication skills in both German and English
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 10–15 %)
