Team Lead Purchasing – Mechanical Components (f/m/x)

• Technical leadership of a team of at least 4 people
• Development and implementation of purchasing strategies in the field of mechanics to ensure competitiveness and long-term supply security
• International procurement of mechanical components and market analysis to identify new sourcing opportunities
• Selection, management, and continuous development of the supplier portfolio
• Negotiation of framework and supply agreements
• Close collaboration and communication with suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth procurement processes
• Handling of complaints and enforcement of claims
• Identification and independent implementation of optimization and cost reduction potentials

• Completed technical education or commercial training with additional technical qualification in the field of mechanics
• Several years of professional experience in strategic purchasing for mechanical product groups, with a proven track record in negotiations
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• High level of commitment, structured working style, and strong quality awareness
• Strong execution skills and focus on essentials
• Experience with low-cost sourcing in Asia is an advantage
• Willingness to travel

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 3.600 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
