Student Employee in Compliance, Quality & Sustainability (Part-time / 20 hours) (f/m/x)

Would you like to combine theory and practice while actively contributing to the further development of modern management systems? In this position, you will be involved in compliance, quality, environmental and energy topics, drive improvements forward, and gain valuable experience in an international high-tech company.

The position is planned as full-time starting in July for the summer months and can be reduced to part-time (up to 20 hours) at the beginning of the semester.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on exciting compliance, quality, environmental and energy management topics within our integrated management system
  • Conduct research on standards, regulatory requirements, and current developments in measurement and analytical technology
  • Prepare and analyze quality and process KPIs to derive concrete improvement measures
  • Apply practical QM methods (e.g., root cause analysis, 5 Whys) and contribute to the implementation of sustainable solutions
  • Support and gradually take ownership of your own areas of responsibility
  • Collaborate internationally with specialist departments and contribute to reporting and sustainability topics

Your profile:

  • Ongoing technical studies (university/FH) in industrial engineering, quality management, environmental or process engineering, sustainability management, or a comparable field
  • Interest in compliance, quality management, and regulatory matters
  • Proficient in Excel or data analysis tools
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Structured and meticulous working style
  • Initiative, team spirit, and willingness to take on responsibility

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 2750 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring. That’s why we take the time to determine your actual gross salary individually and are happy to offer a higher pay in recognition of your qualifications.
