Skilled Worker - Surface Technology (f/m/x)

Responsibilities:
- Mechanical finishing of surfaces of various components using electropolishing, vibratory finishing, grinding, mechanical polishing, blasting, and deburring
- Industrial cleaning of mechanically manufactured components using modern technical equipment (e.g. ultrasonic baths, spray washing systems)
- Setting up, adjusting, and operating machines for surface treatment
- Visual inspection of components in accordance with manufacturing drawings and inspection instructions
- Carrying out preparatory and follow-up activities related to surface treatment (e.g. packaging of components)Contributing to the optimization of manufacturing strategies in close coordination with neighboring departments
Your profile:
- Completed education in the field of surface technology (apprenticeship qualification, technical school, or HTL)
- Additional training or certifications in surface technology are an advantage
- Relevant professional experience in a comparable position
- Very good German language skills
- Careful, independent, and structured way of working
- Strong quality awareness and ability to work effectively in a team

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 2.750 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring. That’s why we take the time to determine your actual gross salary individually and are happy to offer a higher pay in recognition of your qualifications.
