Skilled Worker – Electronic Manufacturing with Development Potential for Leadership (f/m/x)

Working hours: second half of the day – ideal for those who prefer a later start.

Responsibilities:

  • Manufacturing of electronic and electromechanical precision components based on technical production documentation
  • Handling of miniature components using magnifiers and microscopes, occasionally under cleanroom conditions
  • Operation, setup, and programming of small machines and equipment
  • Functional testing and quality inspection of components/assemblies according to production drawings and test instructions
  • Optimization of production processes in collaboration with other departments

Requirements:

  • Completed education in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics, chemistry, or adhesive technology (apprenticeship, technical school, or HTL)
  • Experience in handling chemicals and processing adhesives and potting compounds
  • Desirable: IPC, WHMA, or FED certifications
  • Independent and precise working style with a strong sense of quality
  • Team player with a reliable and responsible attitude
  • Leadership skills

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 3,100 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
