Service Administrator (f/m/x)

Responsibilities:
- Forecast and monitor contract revenue on a quarterly or annual basis, as required
- Proactively contact customers to promote warranty extensions, preventive maintenance, and/or service contracts
- Create, manage, and verify service quotes and contracts
- Manage the Service CRM system as well as the SAP system and comply with defined general processes
- Process service orders, from quotes to invoices, as well as customer service contracts.
- Promote warranty extensions, preventive maintenance, and/or service contracts by actively contacting customers.
- Support service personnel in all processes, but do NOT handle technical issues.
- Manage service technicians' schedules and schedule appointments with customers.
- Support service marketing activities to promote contracts.
- Support materials management for contract service.
- Maintain customer data.
- Perform other administrative tasks related to office management.
- Scan documents and file them in SAP.
- Maintain efficient email/telephone correspondence with customers.
Requirements:
- Education and administrative/business knowledge.
- Preferably experience with SAP/CRM.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, as well as excellent computer skills.
- Very good command of English (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to think in terms of processes and work independently and responsibly within a small team.
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to learn.
- Experience working with an international company is advantageous.
