Senior Field Service Engineer

• Conduct preventative maintenance and perform repairs on equipment as needed.
• Manage a team of Field Service Engineers.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports and documentation in CRM.
• Carry out installations in conjunction with the Sales Department.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue service contract opportunities.
• Overall responsibility for solidifying the value proposition of Anton Paar to the customers

• Minimum 5 years experience in the related field
• Degree in a relevant field Electronics, Mechanics, Chemistry, Physics, or another technical discipline
• Proven track record and ability to work in the fields of laboratory and instruments or scientific equipment.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools, software, and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales analytics tools is of advantage
• Strong technical understanding and the ability to quickly grasp and articulate complex scientific concepts and analytical techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively engage with customer at all levels.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English
• UAE Driver’s License
