Senior Embedded Software Developer C++ (f/m/x)

• Responsibility for modularization, data analysis, and the interface with firmware and application software
• Responsible for the development, maintenance and documentation of communication interfaces, evaluation logic and data processing 
• Managing the interface between sensor technology and application logic on various platforms (e.g., embedded PC, microcontroller)
• Ensuring the functionality and quality of the overall system through the creation, maintenance and automation of tests

• Completed education in IT, electrical engineering, or a related field (HTL/FH/TU).
• Several years of experience in software engineering.
• Excellent C++ skills and in-depth knowledge of communication interfaces and data processing.
• Rust Experience beneficial but not required.
• Willingness to take on technical responsibility and enjoy sharing knowledge.Initial experience with Test Driven Development in CI/CD environments.
• Strong team and adaptability skills.
• Innovative thinking and willingness to continuously develop and learn new technologies.

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month, excluding overtime): € 4.500  to € 5.500.
