Sales Manager (f/m/d) Measurement Technology

• Developing and implementing sales strategies for the product portfolio
• Leading and developing the team to achieve growth targets
• Coordinating the market launch of new products, providing local market analyses for product development
• Budget responsibility for multiple product lines
• Planning and implementing communication plans in coordination with marketing

• Degree in materials science, chemistry, physics, chemical engineering, or similar
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior sales role with proven success
• Experience in laboratory and process technologies or sales success in relevant industries (food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, petroleum, research/university)
• Confident use of MS Office and CRM systems
• Ability to manage key accounts and build networks
• Business fluent in German and English, strong communication and negotiation skills
• High level of initiative, resilience, and organizational skills
• Class B driver's license and willingness to travel
