Sales and Marketing Administrator

Responsibilities:

Sales administration:

1. General monitoring of the sales process, maintenance and updating of data in the CRM and SAP system.
2. Sending quotes with technical content prepared by sales/service engineers.
3. Receiving, accounting and distributing incoming parts and instruments.
4. Invoicing of sold products, online submission to the Tax and Customs Administration.
5. Sending payment reminders.
6. Checking incoming supplier/partner invoices,
7. Supporting the work of sales specialists, checking their administration.
8. Continuous use of CRM Sales, keeping it up to date, monitoring it.
9. Handling incoming calls and emails, orders, communication with customers.
10. Handling and organizing sales documents.
11. Other office and administrative tasks

Marketing coordination:

1. Support and organization of non-professional programs of events.
2. Assist salespeople with marketing tools (e.g. newsletter, market research).

 

 

 

Requirements:

  • Administrative/marketing/business education and know-how.
  • Experienced in administrative or marketing role preferably in technical sales or service-oriented environments.
  • Preferably experience with SAP.
  • Excellent PC skills, experienced in MS Office applications
  • Native Hungarian.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to communicate confidently and professionally on the phone.
  • Excellent time management, strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
