Repair Department Employee (f/m/x)

• Professional maintenance, adjustment, and repair of laboratory measuring instruments on-site in Graz
• Preparation of order confirmations and cost estimates for upcoming repairs
• Receipt, identification, and precise fault diagnosis of returned and repair items
• Active contribution of improvement suggestions to enhance product quality, quality assurance, and customer orientation
• Internal and external communication through regular exchange with our service representatives in subsidiaries and partner companies
• Conducting internal and external service trainings and workshops for quality assurance
• Close collaboration and teamwork with the Customer Support and Assembly teams

• Completed technical vocational training in mechatronics or electronics (or equivalent qualifications)
• Hands-on mentality and practical experience in performing repairs and maintenance work
• Ability to solve problems independently, reliably, and in a structured manner
• Experience in service training as well as knowledge in the assembly and repair of Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
• measuring instruments is an advantage
• Ideally, good written and spoken English skills
• High awareness of quality and strong customer orientation
• Strong communication skills

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 2,700 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
