Regional Key Account Manager (f/m/x)

Are you an experienced B2B sales professional with a passion for building long-term partnerships and driving international growth? Join us as a Regional Key Account Manager (f/m/x) and take the lead in managing strategic customer relationships and international sales agreements in a technical environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand regional key accounts by identifying organizational structures, key decision-makers, and technical requirements
  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships through regular visits and engagement with key stakeholders
  • Ensure our products are listed as preferred solutions and recognized for their technical excellence within customer organizations
  • Lead the negotiation, closure, and renewal/termination of global and regional framework agreements, in alignment with internal approval processes
  • Collaborate closely with national sales teams and business units to align strategies and activities
  • Provide product management with insights into customer needs, future requirements, and market trends
  • Drive market penetration through initiatives such as product presentations, sales promotions, upgrade programs, and targeted discount strategies for key accounts
  • Achieve annual sales targets within your assigned region and accounts

Your profile:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Natural Sciences, or a comparable field
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in international B2B key account management or strategic sales in a technical or industrial environment
  • Strong negotiation skills, particularly with global and regional contracts
  • Excellent communication skills when working with both technical and commercial stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product and sales teams
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; German language skills are a strong advantage
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 40% of the time)

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 4.500 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
