Product Specialist and Internal Sales Representative (f/m/d) – Thermal Analysis

• Building up in-depth expertise in the field of thermal analysis in order to provide competent support to customers and sales colleagues in the field

• Providing technical advice to our customers from science, industry, and research institutions

• Preparing and technically reviewing quotations and processing incoming orders

• Conducting and coordinating product presentations, equipment demonstrations, and application-specific
seminars – partly independently, partly in cooperation with application specialists

• Close coordination with sales management, service, application, and marketing for optimal customer support

• Support in the development of individual customer applications and measurement solutions

• Analysis of market trends, identification of new application possibilities, and feedback on relevant customer needs to product management

• Degree in engineering or natural sciences (e.g., physics, chemistry, materials/
   polymer science, or related fields)

• Ideally, professional experience in technical sales, preferably in the field of instrumental analysis

• In-depth knowledge of thermal analysis and its applications

• Industry knowledge in the polymer or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage

• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented, consultative sales approach

• High degree of initiative, structured working style, and ability to work in a team

• Willingness to travel within Germany (e.g., for training courses or customer events)

• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
