Performance Marketing & Marketplaces Manager (f/m/x)

• Developing, managing, and continuously optimizing our global performance marketing activities across key channels (e.g., Google, Meta, Amazon, LinkedIn, Reddit)
• Identifying, prioritizing, and scaling new markets and channels with a clear focus on achieving our sales targets
• Boosting our international marketplace presence through optimized listings, high-quality SEO/content, and strategic paid visibility (e.g., Amazon, Lazada)
• Planning, executing, and evaluating cross-channel campaigns for promotions and product launches, including budget management, keyword and audience strategies, and A/B testing
• Ensuring a consistent brand identity and creating high-performing creatives
• Conducting ongoing tracking, monitoring, and reporting of KPIs

• Several years of proven experience in performance marketing and online marketplace management
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify integrations, analytics/tracking tools, feed management/Merchant Center, Amazon Seller Central, and KPI-driven reporting
• Deep understanding of SEO/content quality, conversion optimization, effective creatives, and persuasive sales messages
• A structured, analytical, and self-driven working style paired with a hands-on mindset and strong execution skills
• A collaborative team player with excellent cross-functional communication skills
• Excellent German and English skills, additional languages are a plus

This position is subject to the collective agreement for employees of companies in the field of data processing and information technology services. Anton Paar ConsumerTec offers a compensation range between EUR 4,000 and EUR 5,000 gross per month (full-time, all-in). Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications.
