Marketing Assistant- Anton Paar Colombia

Main Responsibilities

• Support the generation of business opportunities in direct coordination with the sales team.

• Execute commercially focused actions on LinkedIn.

• Prepare sales support materials (presentations, invitations, content).

• Create and adapt basic graphic pieces using Adobe Illustrator.

• Prepare and send commercially focused newsletters.

• Organize calendars and follow up on events and trade fairs.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for an organized, proactive person with great attention to detail, who enjoys marketing processes and teamwork.

Requirements

• Technical degree or professional degree in marketing or related fields.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing-related positions.

• Intermediate level of English (spoken and written) – mandatory requirement.

• Proficiency in computer tools: Microsoft Office, email, graphic design tools, and ERP or CRM systems (experience with SAP is a plus).

• Strong communication skills and results-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work independently with a high level of responsibility.

• Previous experience in an international company (desirable).

• Interest in continuous process improvement and constant learning.
