Manufacturing Engineer (f/m/x) – Electronic & Electromechanical Precision Manufacturing

• Provide technological support and consulting to development and design departments inside and outside the organization, acting as the primary contact for all manufacturing technology topics
• Take responsibility for the technical transfer of new products into an existing low-volume / high-mix production environment
• Drive the introduction of innovative and forward-looking manufacturing technologies in close collaboration with department heads
• Continuously improve manufacturing processes in a structured and process-oriented way with regard to quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness – including automation and digitalization
• Define, validate, and document manufacturing processes, work instructions, and testing concepts
• Support the production team in all technological and process-related matters

• Completed higher technical education (University of Applied Sciences or university degree) in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering
• Several years of proven professional experience in a comparable environment
• Solid experience in product transfer to series production
• Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken
• Strong technical problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• High level of initiative, structured working style, and hands-on mentality
• Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 4.500 based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
