Management Trainee (f/m/x)

• In-depth introduction to the “Corporate Services” division and the company through active and responsible involvement in various operational and strategic topics and projects
• Independent handling of project tasks up to taking over full project responsibility
• Preparation of presentations, reports, and status updates
• Acting as an interface with other business units as well as subsidiary and sister companies
• Supporting the Division Manager in day-to-day business and in cost, personnel, and investment planning
• Assuming interim leadership responsibilities as preparation for the next career step

• Completed degree in business or economics (Bachelor’s or Master’s) as well as initial professional experience in an industrial company
• Knowledge of business administration
• Strong IT affinity; SAP skills are an advantage
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Willingness to take on responsibility and ability to work independently
• Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for collaborating with various business units as well as for tackling diverse and dynamic tasks
• Willingness to work abroad for an extended period of time

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 3,800 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
