Legal Counsel (f/m/x) (Part-time / 30 hours)

• Independent legal counsel for Anton Paar GmbH and its international subsidiaries in day-to-day operations Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating national and international contracts
• Legal support for projects and business transactions of varying scope and complexity
• Advising on corporate and commercial law matters, particularly in connection with company formations and M&A activities
• Developing group-wide legal standards and policies

• Completed university degree in a relevant field (Law, Business Law)
• In-depth knowledge of international contract and commercial law
• At least three years of professional experience as Legal Counsel in an industrial company or a commercial law firm
• Ability to identify and assess legal risks, develop practical solutions, and implement them with legal precision
• Technical understanding and basic knowledge of IP law are an advantage
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
• Strong negotiation skills and advisory competence

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is €4.400 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
