Junior IT Asset Management Specialist (f/m/x)

Are you looking to start your IT career in an international environment and develop your skills in IT asset and license management? In this position, you will support our IT team in managing software licenses and IT assets and gain comprehensive insight into key IT processes within a globally operating technology company.

Responsibilities:

  • Support in the management and documentation of IT assets and software licenses
  • Participation in inventory analyses, asset inventories, and license audits
  • Maintenance and analysis of asset and license data using relevant tools
  • Support in the creation and use of simple scripts (e.g. PowerShell) to automate IT asset and license management processes
  • Assistance with data preparation and analysis using scripts
  • Support in internal and external software audits
  • Collaboration with internal IT teams and international locations

Your profile:

  • Completed technical education with an IT focus (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, university) or equivalent
  • Interest in IT asset, license, and software management
  • Basic scripting knowledge (e.g. PowerShell)
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Structured and detail-oriented working style
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 2.700 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring. That’s why we take the time to determine your actual gross salary individually and are happy to offer a higher pay in recognition of your qualifications.
