Field Service Engineer (f/m/x) - North

• Providing technical support to customers via telephone and email.

• Performing on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs.

• Evaluating malfunctioning instruments and preparing estimates for the cost of repair.

• Selling maintenance contracts to customers and creating the Service Contract Quotation in the CRM.

• Performing factory calibrations (ISO 17025, if required).

• Provide on-site training to the customers

• Completing administrative tasks associated with the CRM Service module as to log all Support Ticket and Service Orders in the CRM Service.

• Taking responsibility for personal warehouse / stock.

• Forwarding sales opportunities to Sales Representatives when instruments need to be replaced.

• Attending all necessary Anton Paar service trainings for the relevant product lines.

• This position requires up to 75% travelling time.

  
   

• Good communication skills and strong customer service skills are a must for this position.

• This position requires a highly motivated individual that is capable of completing assigned tasks with little to no supervision.

• This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Electric or Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or another technical discipline.  

• The ability to work with electronic schematics, test equipment, and tools for repairs is required.

• Candidates who have 2-3 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer is a plus. 

• Must maintain a valid passport.
