Junior Digital Learning Designer (f/m/x)

• You independently and collaboratively develop multimedia e-learning courses and implement them using modern authoring tools (especially Articulate Storyline 360)
• You advise specialist departments on the didactic design and visual layout of their digital learning content
• You are responsible for the linguistic (German and English) and visual quality assurance of all e-learning materials
• You conduct internal training sessions on the creation of digital learning content

• Degree in graphic or media design, or a comparable qualification
• Proficient in authoring tools, especially Articulate Storyline 360
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (image and video editing)
• Skilled at translating complex topics into clear, visually engaging content
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, independent work style
• High attention to detail and strong quality awareness
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and CAD software is a plus
• Knowledge of digital learning didactics and methodologies is an advantage
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 3.000 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
