Inside Sales Representative (f/m/x)

As part of our Sales team, you’ll be responsible for active lead generation and the structured handling of incoming customer inquiries about our innovative football training systems — all from our company headquarters. Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate leads and identify new business opportunities — all from the office
  • Independently process and qualify inbound leads: initial contact, needs analysis, and documentation
  • Prepare offers and either continue the customer relationship yourself or hand it over to our field sales managers
  • Organize webinars for product presentations (online)
  • Maintain and further develop our sales CRM system
  • Monitor the market and conduct market research to identify new potential
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to optimize the lead pipeline

Requirements:

  • Instead of waiting for leads, the initiative is taken to reach out by phone — and missing information about prospects is proactively sought out
  • A minimum of three years’ experience in sales development, inside sales, or a similar role is preferred. Less experience is welcome if backed by strong motivation and a compelling profile
  • Fluency in both German and English is required; additional languages are an advantage
  • Confidence in customer communication, an ability to recognize client needs, and the skills to provide independent advice are essential
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Hubspot or Salesforce is expected
  • A solid understanding of the football market, especially European football, is beneficial
  • A proactive mindset, structured work style, and the ability to stay calm in dynamic environments are important
  • An analytical approach helps in recognizing market potential and customer needs early on

    This position is subject to the collective agreement for employees in companies providing services in automatic data processing and information technology.
    The collective agreement monthly gross salary for this full-time role is €3,063. Your actual salary will depend on your experience and qualifications.
