HR Business Partner (f/m/x)

• Advising and sparring with managers on operational and strategic HR topics
• Independently managing the entire recruiting process
• Implementing and supporting personnel development measures
• Supporting change processes, as well as team and organizational development
• Co-designing and implementing HR projects and initiatives

• Completed degree in Business Administration or Law, preferably with a focus on HR
• Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner (f/m/x) in a technology- or industry-oriented environment, ideally including independent support of IT departments and recruitment of IT specialists
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and advisory skills
• Strategic mindset combined with strong execution skills and a hands-on mentality
• Empathetic, integrative personality with a confident presence

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 4.300 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
