HR-Allrounder (f/m/x)

Anton Paar Group AG, holding company of six subsidiaries in metrology, real estate, sports training systems, metal and sheet technology, and gastronomy, employs over 4,600 people worldwide. In this role, you will work closely with the Executive Office and support the Group’s strategic development. We are looking for an HR all-rounder (f/m/x) covering recruitment, administration, time management, and payroll preparation.

Responsibilities:

Recruiting & Onboarding

  • Creating and publishing job postings
  • Managing applications and conducting interviews
  • Organizing and supporting the onboarding process

HR Administration

  • Maintaining personnel files (digital and physical)
  • Preparing contracts, certificates, and references
  • Managing vacation and sick leave records

Time Management & Payroll

  • Monitoring and maintaining time tracking data​​​​​​​
  • Preparing and reviewing monthly payroll in collaboration with the external provider
  • Acting as a contact person for tax and social security matters

General HR Processes

  • Supporting employees with HR-related inquiries
  • Contributing to the development and optimization of internal HR processes
  • ​​​​​​​Assisting with projects and internal trainings

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial education or a degree with a focus on Human Resources
  • Several years of experience in HR, ideally in a comparable generalist role
  • Proficient in MS Office and common HR software
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
  • Discretion, sense of responsibility, and strong team spirit

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 4.000 (based on full-time employment).
