Head of Product Competence & Applications (f/m/x) – Analytical & Synthetic Chemistry

• Operational leadership and continuous development of the Product Competence team
• Development and maintenance of the applications roadmap in close coordination with Product Management and international Sales
• Participation in product launches and strategic support for the market positioning of new technologies and solutions
• Close collaboration with R&D and Product Engineering in product development and lifecycle management
• Technical support and application consulting for international customers and sales subsidiaries
• Active exchange with global subsidiaries to sustainably strengthen international product expertise
• Creation of sales-supporting materials and organization and delivery of product trainings and workshops

• Completed technical or scientific degree (e.g. Chemistry, Pharmacy, Food Technology)
• Proven leadership experience in a technology-driven environment
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 10%
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Solution-oriented, structured, and results-driven working style with a high degree of initiative and resilience
• Excellent communication skills and confident interaction with interdisciplinary stakeholders
• Strong presentation skills and experience in creating technical content for sales and customers

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 4.500 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
