Head of Administration & Finance (f/m/x)

We are looking for someone to join our team as a Head of Administration & Finance.
You serve as the direct link between our subsidiary in Argentina and the HQ in Graz, Austria for all finance, accounting, admin and HR topics. You will be involved in all business processes and actively contribute to our subsidiary's success by developing the sub in all administrative matters and leading our accounting and admin teams locally.
Responsibilities:
- Management of the business area Administration (Finance, Logistics, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Order Processing, HR, IT)
- Main Communication interface with our HQ in Graz, Austria
- Supervision, coordination and management of the admin team
- Establishment, implementation and further development of business processes and systems in coordination with the General Manager and the HQ
- Monitoring of the financial operations, the cash flow situation, A/R collection and communication about intercompany settlement
- Preparation of reports and analyses, coordination of annual costs and budget planning
- Handling of legal matters in cooperation with our legal department
- Pro-actively identify and propose steps to improve overall company and its working environment
Your profile:
- Master's degree in Business Administration (or comparable field of studies) or in accounting
- Experience in working in an international industrial company
- Excellent command of English
- Analytical, accurate and result-oriented work approach
- High understanding of business processes, logical system thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Long-term commitment to our position
- High IT-affinity, ideally (first) SAP-experience (modules MM, SD, FI)
- Very good project and process management skills
